Question: The design team is thinking of offering a web and iOS based messaging system to keep in touch with clanmates. What would be the most appealing features?

1) Organized clan, and multi-clan chat rooms
2) Easily share screenshots, links, files and videos
3) Get real time notifications on iOS for clan activity

PS: They're not able to build a mobile version of the game yet. We all want that, it's just very technically challenging.
